Day ago Jeezy announced via Instagram that the third installment of his trap or die series is on the way. Converted from a mixtape to an album and taking us back to the sounds of when he first came in the game seems to be the foundation of this new project. The core audience of Jeezy stems from the streets and this project is expected to be a refresh of that very element which gave him his respect and massive following in the hip-hop world. We can only anticipate that he will give us the same feeling from the first two mixtapes and claim his spot as the number one trapper of the rap game.
We are not sure what platform the project will be released on and in this present day many artist are doing exclusive deals with streaming services such as Tidal, Apple music, and Spotify. With his close relationship with Def Jam and Jay-Z, one can only expect Jeezy to possibly move in the direction of Tidal. The first single from this project is Magic City Mondays. Lets see what the Snowman has in store for us this year.
