He became the pioneer of bringing the light to the consequences of street life as it ties into his actual life experiences. Many rappers paint a pictures of the glamorous lifestyle of the street life and he tells you the good and the bad. Superstar Sal may be one of the first battle rappers to claim to be a battle rapper before being one was cool. When it came to battle rap he held the title of the best competition in that field. If you wanted to be the the top guy being mentioned as great in Virginia you had to see him in a battle. Sal has battled almost every good opponent in the 757 area and he may hold the record for most 757 based battles on camera.

GOLD

Gold has existed through every era of battle rap and seems to continue to keep his passion for not only the sport of battle rap but just rap in general. Having a love for rap has kept him in the game. Although he left the game around 2010 and returned around 2015, he has been taking many battles and keeping his name and skill level at a high rank. He keeps the element of reality as apart of his rhymes which gives him a advantage in some battles when painting the picture.
